8:15 AM: orange, tea and sunshine sandwich with salsa
12:25 PM: 2 slices of turkey, 1/2 of a homemade bagel and a shortbread square (about 1/2 square inch)
--Interesting little note: everything went wrong this morning. I was late everywhere and stressed out of my mind. I had to stop by home and pick up my lunch and shoes for work (even though I wasn't even supposed to go in today...) and I had about 3 minutes there, in which time I ate the above items. I was starving. However, I have made it from 8 AM to 1 or 2 PM pretty much daily without a bagel or anything else. But in my mind, I told myself I deserved to eat those things because I was stressed and my day wasn't going well. I need to get into the habit of saying I deserve to reach my goals and be healthy instead. Helpful note though: the bagels are 180 cals each (so 90 for half) and the shortbread square really was tiny. So of all the stress-induced eating "binges" to have...this one was pretty small. And I'm done now.
1:20 PM: tuna salad with crackers and peaches
3:30 PM: Anytime bar and tea
6:45 PM: soupitizer
8:00 PM: Classico Chicken Parmesan with roasted zucchini
9:30 PM: honey mustard pretzels...and 3 more "tiny" shortbread squares. So hard to stop once you start...

That sounds like a victory to me! Excellent self control. Well done. :) and, you do deserve to be healthy and feel fabulous!
