A day late, but at least it's getting done, no? Hurray for Jenny menus for easy reference! Also, one little win: I walked up to the box of mini shortbread squares, thought "Oh, they're so tiny, I could have one!" and then thought "No, there is no way on earth I will ever have just one". So I didn't.
8:15 AM: honey oat bar with strawberries and peach yogurt
12:00 PM: 45 mins on elliptical at the gym
2:00 PM: Chicken Corn Chowder and a big salad
3:30 PM: Anytime bar
5:00 PM: Cookies and Cream Cheesecake (Jenny version, obviously...)
8:00 PM: glass of champagne and chili chicken with rice, indian-style baked veggies, salad and naan. Also two crackers with cheese and a slice of french bread. And also a sliver of Milk Tart. I was out with friends...what can I say.
10:00 PM: glass of white wine
2:00 AM: bagel with tsp of peanut butter and sugar free apricot jam
