8:30 AM: 1 mile jog + Losing It Workout DVD. Easier every time but still...those lunges get me.
9:30 AM: breakfast stuffed sandwich and a peach and tea
11:30 AM: apple
1:00 PM: beef chow mein and a salad with low-fat ranch, at my desk at work. Classy.
3:15 PM: anytime bar
6:00 PM: iced coffee
7:40 PM: mesquite chicken with potatoes, broccoli, roasted veggies and a sprinkling of low-fat cheese.
8:30 PM: white cheddar popcorn
9:30 PM: vanilla yogurt and sugar-free hot chocolate with 2 tsp Milo
11:30 PM: handful of goldfish crackers and 2 slices of turkey. I just could not get full today.
