First day of classes! Seems like Wednesdays will be pretty manageable but we'll see. I feel like routines rarely get to stay in tact for more than a week or two...

9:00 AM: apple, 6 strawberries, peach yogurt and cranberry almond cereal and tea


10:00 AM: 45 mins on the elliptical
3:00 PM: iced coffee
3:45 PM: 3 slices of turkey (so, so hungry...), pasta "ole" with salsa and lowfat sour cream and a salad with lowfat ranch


4:30 PM: anytime bar and vanilla yogurt
7:30 PM: meatloaf and roasted vegetables
9:00 PM: s'mores bar and hot chocolate
