Eek, today was not-so-good either. I felt an urge to bake cupcakes. So then I did...
9:30 AM: apple, strawberries, peach yogurt and cheerios
2:30 PM: cheesy potatoes and chicken with a salad with lowfat ranch
3:30 PM: anytime bar
4:30 PM: the cupcake. Shoot.
6:00 PM: 2 slices of turkey and a handful of goldfish crackers
7:45 PM: salisbury steak with mustard, roasted veggies, cherry tomatoes, gherkins and a sprinkling of lowfat cheese.
9:00 PM: sugar free hot chocolate with 2 tsp Milo and cinnamon and strawberries with cinnamon



How'd labor day weekend go for you, sister? I'll just say that I'm happy today's a new day. :)
