Two Days of Catch-Up

Breakfast: Omelet with broccoli, cheese and salsa, strawberries and a cafe misto
Snack one: banana, string cheese and tea
Lunch: Rotini with meatballs, salad and strawberries
Dinner: Not pictures, but AMAZING.  Homemade french bread, homemade hummus and this zucchini caponata.  Unbelievable.  I love living with other people who love to cook.
Snack two: mini-bagel, cookie and apple with peanut butter
Breakfast: cereal with yogurt and banana (old picture, but same idea)
Snack: veggies, bread, hummus and caponata.  As you can tell, I am slowly getting addicted to this stuff.

Lunch: cheese enchilada and an enormous salad.
 Snack: pineapple and string cheese
 Dinner: ravioli with broccoli
Snack 2: tea and a cookie
