Once again...hurray for Jenny menus for reminding me of what all I ate!

11:30 AM: whole wheat crepe with asparagus, tomatoes, spinach and onions and a bellini. I love brunch. Oh and also a slice of french bread.
2:30 PM: Anytime bar
3:30 PM: lemon cakes
4:00 PM: peach
6:00 PM: chicken fajitas
7:00 PM: yogurt
9:00 PM: Caramel snack bar
9:15 PM: Pear

9:00 AM: frosted oats cereal with peach yogurt and a peach
10:00 AM: 2 mile jog
2:40 PM: Anytime bar
3:45 PM: Southwestern chicken with rice, salsa, low-fat sour cream and a salad
5:45 PM: skim pumpkin spice latte with just 2 pumps of the pumpkin spice
6:30 PM: white cheddar popcorn
8:00 PM: spaghetti with meatballs and roasted zucchini
9:00 PM: sliver of milk tart, sliver of chocolate cake and fruit sauce. I like to celebrate on my weigh-in day...

yum! Way to go sister! Also, hungry girl has a chocolate cake recipe that I'm curious to try. An 8th of the cake is only 200ish calories.
