Sep 6: Yet Another New Start

In response to my dear sister-in-law, who I begged to keep me on track and has done so quite well, I have this to say about Labour Day weekend: eek.

I ate so much - I was so proud of myself for being awesome last week that I got really, really carried away over the weekend.  So rather than taking the time to rehash each calorie-laden dish, I will just start afresh today.

6:30 AM: 1 mile jog and Valerie B.'s "Losing It" DVD.  I actually did all the lunges this time!  Movin' on up!
8:20 AM: Cheddar cheese omelet with salsa and an apple
1:15 PM: Meatball-stuffed sandwich and a salad with balsamic dressing and two cups of tea.  My office is horribly over-air-conditioned.
3:30 PM: anytime bar
8:00 PM: orange
10:00 PM: fish and chips and 2 slices of turkey
10:30 PM: hot chocolate and toffee cookies

Today has been a very, very long day.
