Boring day and very rushed day so no pictures. Sorry.
9:05 AM: banana nut muffin with strawberries and peach yogurt
10:00 AM: 2 mile jog
2:00 PM: turkey burger and salad
3:30 PM: anytime bar
8:30 PM: orange
9:30 PM: chicken carbonara with roasted zucchini and squash
10:00 PM: sugar free hot chocolate with 2 tsp Milo and yogurt dream bar
11:30 PM: 2 slices turkey and 2 slices Italian sausage (thank you roommate...)

Two mile jog! Awesome! Nice work being back on track. I've had a much better week than I did weekend, too. haha.
