9:00 AM: cinnamon rolls and a sliced peach and tea9:15 AM: handful of goldfish crackers. I don't know why I grabbed those on my way out the door. It didn't feel good and I really need to get out of that habit!
10:00 AM: 2 mile jog
2:30 PM: iced coffee and banana
5:40 PM: chicken marsala and roasted vegetables. I had a hair appt and so got home really late. I need to figure out, too, why I always end up feeling sick when I eat after a long break like this. Is it just too much food in my stomach at once or something?
6:45 PM: Anytime bar and tea
8:00 PM: sliver of chocolate cake...need to stop eating that...
8:30 PM: cheese curls
9:30 PM: mashed potatoes with beef and a salad with low-fat ranch and 3 gherkins


I can't believe you went from 9-5, basically without eating anything! I would definitely murder someone. I just can't go that long without food. And, a banana would just make me hungrier, I think. Although, you have always been a lot better about that than me.

Yeah if I'm busy I can definitely go that long without anything and not even notice. Two problems though: 1. when I do eat I get super sick; and 2. when I'm not busy, I notice that I'm not eating about every 2.5 seconds or so!
