Aug 28 & 29

Okay, I swear yesterday was not me skipping!!  My iPad lied and said it had published a post when it clearly had not.  So if this somehow later appears again, it is not my fault.  Fortunately, I am also keeping track of my menu for my Jenny consultant, so it is not hard to repeat.

Aug 28
Very boring day.  See boring food below.

10:40 AM: 1 mile jog + Losing It Workout DVD
11:40 AM: Cinnamon french toast with strawberries and sugar-free syrup and tea.

3:00 PM: Broccoli and Cheese potato with salsa and light sour cream and a salad with low-fat ranch dressing.


4:15 PM: Anytime bar and tea
5:15 PM: Peanut Butter cookie, courtesy of a roommate.  I swear there is a constant supply of baked goods in this house, and I am only partially responsible.
7:15 PM: Macaroni and Cheese and a ton of veggies
8:15 PM: Bruschetta veggie chips
9:00 PM: Apple, vanilla yogurt and sugar-free hot chocolate with cinnamon





Aug 29
First day at the new job...exhausted and so so grateful to have all my food already prepared.
8:15 AM: Breakfast scramble

2:00 PM: Hawaiian Chicken Salad Kit with crackers and pineapple (delicious, by the way!)
3:00 PM: Anytime bar
5:45 PM: Iced coffee
7:45 PM: Pizza with a whole ton of roasted veggies on top.  I was starving.

9:00 PM: Peach and sugar-free hot chocolate with 2 tsp Milo added in
10:00 PM: cinnamon twist cookies
