Had my first appt back with Jenny Craig today, so as of tomorrow I should be 100% back on track.
8:30 AM: veggie sausage patty
9:00 AM: 30 minutes on treadmill
11:00 AM: iced coffee with skim milk
12:10 PM: Roti salad with chicken, hummus and veggies and a pita
2:30 PM: peach yogurt
4:00 PM: apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter
5:00 PM: milo brownie. (Recipe here)
9 PM-12 AM: 3 miller lites (bad idea)
1:00 AM: brown rice with veggies and turkey and low-fat cheese and 1/2 a milo brownie.
Blech. I can't wait for tomorrow.
