1. Internet is out - can't get my podcasts for my iPod
2. Raining like crazy. Difficult to get to the gym in and also makes me want to take a nap.
3. My muscles are still in pain from yesterday.
Need I go on? I think not.
9:30 AM: oatmeal, veggie sausage and 1/2 a yogurt.


12:00 PM: Luna bar
2:40 PM: turkey sandwich with salsa and pickles, salad with lowfat ranch and a peach yogurt

4:00 PM: tea

6:00 PM: apple
6:45 PM: iced coffee with skim milk
10:00 PM: chicken, baked beans, brown rice and roasted veggies. Looks like vomit in this pic, but tasted delicious
